Last Sunday and Monday I sang in Trinity Wall Street’s Messiah. Of the many Messiah’s I’ve sung, this was one of the most beautifully expressed, shaped, and felt. Robert Mealy inspired a string sound that was sumptuous, strong, and filled with pathos, my soloist colleagues gave powerful performances, and I was very moved to be led by Jane Glover, who I hold in the highest regard.
